VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> Struve reported the Eagle Scout project has been completed and it looks very nice. A tentative date for <br /> dedication has been suggested as November 12. <br /> McMillan noted it would be dark at that time and that the Council should decide whether to do it at 5:00 <br /> on October 28 prior to the Council work session. <br /> It was the consensus of the City Council to hold the dedication ceremony at 5:00 on October 28. <br /> Struve reported the brush site has been officially closed. The site has been opened at various points for <br /> the City to haul some brush in there. Public Works will be moving forward with chipping the entire site <br /> in the near future. Struve stated residents can still bring leaves and grass to the Public Works Department <br /> from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m.,Monday through Saturday, until early November. <br /> Levang asked when the chipping will occur. <br /> Struve indicated no definite date has been set but that it will be in the near future. <br /> Struve reported work on Willow Drive was finished today. <br /> Page 17 of 23 <br />
