Unfortunately, the City can not <br /> record this a maintenance pumpout and add it to our records because the tank was pumped out <br /> through the inspection pipes only. In order to be considered a maintenance pumpout, the tanks must <br /> be pumped via a 20 inch diameter or larger access to the septic tank.
