You can either revise the data forms in the report and resubmit or just provide the information in an e-mail. I also noticed that there were two herbaceous species observed at the upland sample point both at 2% cover, but only one was listed as a dominant. The Midwest regional supplement indicates that a stratum with less than 5% cover is not considered in the dominance test unless it is the only stratum present, so my understanding is that neither of these species should be listed as dominant. Either way though, correcting this would not change the wetland status so I won't need you to revise anything relating to this. Please provide the plot size info and I'll send the notice of application out ASAP. I'll also be getting back to you shortly on your recent inquiries about other projects.
