CERTIFICATION <br /> Frank Svoboda completed the above-described delineation on 5/22/12. This delineation was <br /> performed according to the procedures described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the <br /> 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2007 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual. The delineation meets the standards and a criterion described in these <br /> manuals and conforms to the applicable standards and regulations in force at the time the <br /> delineation was completed. <br /> Report and graphics were prepared by David Haar(Wetland Ecologist I/GIS Specialist) on this <br /> day 6/21/12. The delineation report was reviewed by Frank Svoboda, President of Svoboda <br /> Ecological Resources.
