Attached is a copy of the survey on file 10/23/1987 which shows <br /> the proposed home prior to construction. <br /> Without additional information the City is unable to determine if construction of a pool on this property will meet <br /> zoning code requirements. Attached is the City's information sheet on swimming poois and hot tubs which <br /> includes the setbacks. <br /> Septic System <br /> The property currently has a septic system. Submittal of a pool permit application requires an alternate septic <br /> site be identified, should the current system fail. Attached is a copy, not to scale, of the current septic location <br /> and tanks. <br /> Drainage Easement <br /> The property contains a drainage easement. No construction is allowed in a drainage easement. <br /> Wetland <br /> Our wetland maps show a Manage 3 wetland on the property, which may or may not coincide with the <br /> drainage easement. A wetland delineation must be done to determine the wetland edge. A Manage 3 wet�and <br /> requires a 16.5' buffer, plus a 20' structure setback. <br /> Hardcover <br /> The property is located within our Shoreland District. A Hardcover Information sheet and Hardcover <br /> Calculation sheet are attached.
