The on-site sewa�e treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the categories checked below. TANK CONDITION(5��: � Tank inspection indicates: 5 Pumpout not needed at this time. 6 Septic tanks must be pumped out this year (city code requires tanks to be pumped out once every 3 years.
