' MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEEETING <br /> Monday, September 19, 2016 <br /> 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> • The City Council reviewed the sketch plan for Aggarwal and made comments about whether <br /> there is a need for the memory care portion. Overall the City Council seemed supportive of the <br /> density. <br /> • Approved the Patrick's Bakery application. The applicant added additional parking on the back. <br /> It was recognized that there are 18 parking stalls on either side of the property line that both <br /> properties can use and property owners were encouraged to work closely together on the parking. <br /> • Approved final plat for George Funk for a 2-lot subdivision <br /> • Approved on Consent a final plat for Crystal Bay Estates. <br /> • Approved the application from Michael and Michelle Shields on Consent. <br /> Gaffron noted the Tom Gonyea project will be installing the silt fence and importing fill to the site in the <br /> very near future. <br /> 8.
