The activity occurs more than six times per year, usually as often as 2-3 times per <br /> month. <br /> 10. There is also the question of whether these incidents are indicative of a dispatch <br /> center, which is a prohibited home occupation. <br /> The city of Orono should be familiar with the owners of this property: they appeared <br /> before city council numerous times to get a variance to the setback requirements of their <br /> home remodel. Apparently,there was little or any discussion during those meetings about <br /> the home being used as a Leve12 home occupation or even a dispatch center. <br /> We trust the city to take care of this matter comprehensively, quickly and to the <br /> satisfaction of the citizens of Orono. <br /> Thank you. <br />
