The survey needs to show the existing storm sewer located on the SE property boundary and the edge of the <br /> stormwater pond. There is a note calling out"storm sewer on line", and i believe a dashed line indicates the <br /> storm sewer, but it is not completely clear. The existing utilities should be a different line style than the <br /> contours, easements, and setback lines. <br /> 2. The proposed retaining wall is shown at 4' in height.
