Resolution No. 2674 was based on an approved site plan that included pa�rking for <br /> 26 vehicies within the Residential Properiy. <br /> F. The Marina intends to operate by sharing parking with the Residential Property. <br /> Pursuant to Section 78-668 of the Ozono Zoni.ng Ordinance the current and proposed use of the <br /> Marina requires 7fl parking stalls. The Ma.rina has SO stalls available vv�thin the Commercial ... <br /> Property and an additiona126 stalls available within the Residential Property located west of County <br /> Road 15.
