Staff has come across one additional section that should be <br /> � similarly revised, regarding hardcover regulation within the RS Seasonal Recreational District <br /> (Big Island). RS District code section 78-571 currently reads as follows: <br /> DIVISION 9.-RS SEASONAL RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br /> Sec. 78-571. -Lakeshore hard cover regulations. <br /> Within 75 feet of any shoreline, there shall be no excavating, filling, hard cover, <br /> temporary or permanent structures. Within 75 to 250 feet of the shoreline, there shall be <br /> no greater than 25 percent hard cover. Within 250 to 500 feet of the shoreline, there shall <br /> be no greater than 30 percent hard cover.
