We are unable to complete this review <br /> without hardcover calculations. The privacy wall to the east of the house will increase <br /> hardcover. The calculations are required to ensure the property will remain in <br /> compliance with the hardcover variance granted in 1990, which allowed 42.5 percent <br /> hardcover in the 75 to 250 foot zone (the normal maximum is 25%).
