The delineation was requested by MCWD when significant land disturbing work was <br /> . discovered to be underway at the property in February 2012. <br /> One wetland was identified on the property. The wetland was classified as a Type 2 Fresh(V�et) <br /> Meadow. The boundary was reviewed in the field on July 5,2012 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> Dislrict(MCWD)staff. The staked boundaries did not appear to accurately reflect the wetland areas on <br /> site,and a field review by the Technical Evaluation Panel(TEP)was requested by MCWD staff. <br /> Members of the TEP(Lynda Peterson,Board of Water&Soil Resources,and Catherine Bach, <br /> MCWD/Local Government Unit)met on site on July 11,2012 to review the boundaries. Mark Perry .. <br /> (Bolton&Menk for City of Orono)was also present for the field review. Two areas were reflagged in <br /> the field bythe TEP,and an additional transect and associated documentation was requested from the <br /> applicant to confirm the new boundary.
