, PC Exhibit C <br /> City of Orono <br /> Variance Description of Request <br /> We would like to request a variance for lot coverage. <br /> When we purchased the home we where not informed that we are currently out of compliance with the lot coverage <br /> requirements of the City of Orono. We became aware of this fact when we decided to remodel the interior of our house. <br /> During this process we decided to reduce the size of our deck to make it less visible from the lake. In doing so we where <br /> informed we are over the lot coverage requirements.
