Certi�cate of Survey prepazed by Gronberg&Associates,dated September 16,2012 <br /> 2. Elevations and foundation plan sketches, dated August 17,2012 <br /> Based on our review,we offer the following comments for your consideration: <br /> 1. The applicant is proposing to construct an addition to the west side of the e�cisting garage, <br /> matching the existing roof line and maintaining existing drainage patterns. <br /> 2. This project will disturb less than 25 cubic yards of material. Therefore, a Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan(SWPPP)is not required. <br /> 3. The area proposed for the garage addition is currently hard-packed earth and is used for outdoor <br /> pazking. Therefore,the affect on peak runoff rates will be insignificant. <br /> 4. A steep slope exists directly west of the proposed gazage addition.
