It also, <br /> would create a useless strip of land between the driveway and County Road <br /> 84. <br /> 3) We do not want to be responsible for any future repairs, maintenance or <br /> upgrading of the proposed private road. <br /> I would appreciate your consideration in allowing us to keep our existing <br /> , driveway as it is.
