Bill Coffman <br /> Date: January 17,2013 <br /> R� Wetland Funcfional Assessment(MnRAM)for PID#0611723220018(Wachman Parcel) <br /> An application for approval of wetland boundary&type under the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act <br /> was submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(District)on October 22,2012 forthe <br /> Wachman parcel(PID#0611723220018),which is located just south of 4665&4645 Bayside Road in the <br /> city of Orono. One wetland was determined to be on the property and is shown on the attached survey. <br /> A wetland functional assessment using the current version of the Minnesota Routine Assessment <br /> Method(MnRAM 3.4)was submitted on January 3,2013 for approval. The functional assessment is <br /> contained in the attached memo. In the District's Functional Assessment of Wetlands inventory,the <br /> wetland is currently classified as Preserve. <br /> The wetland was classified as Manage 2 as a result of the functional assessment,and the District concurs <br /> with this classification.
