The setbacic aiid � <br /> hardcover variances �'anted above are approved in accordance with the following <br /> provisions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based oiz the site plans submitted by the applica�zts and <br /> annotated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exhibits B and C. Airy <br /> amendinents to the site plans which are not in confornuty with City codes will <br /> require further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Variance autliorities b anted by this resolution run with the properties not with <br /> the applicants or owners, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br /> obtaining buildin; permits for the new consti-uction on each lot within one <br /> year of the date of Council approval, or the variances will expire on that date <br /> (Decenlber 11, 2007). <br /> 3. No building pennits for construction of new residences on Parcel A and Parcel <br /> B shall be issued until the vacation a�id lot line rearrangement have been <br /> recorded and approved by Hennepin County. Applicailts are advised that <br /> individual surveys for each Parcel shall be required in order to obtain building <br /> pernlits for individual Parcels. � <br /> 4. The Developer shall provide a heating system witlun the driveway for safety <br /> purposes. <br /> �.
