It appears that I counted <br /> the trees that are visually part of the existing site plan but are actually on the right-of-way. You are <br /> correct I did double count some trees. Thank you for noting this. I have revised the tree counts and <br /> have made the necessary corrections. I have shown exactly which of the existing trees are being used <br /> to comply with tree counts. <br /> I also took your comments and Mr. Robert Bean's comments into consideration as I developed this <br /> revised plan. Below are some comments and changes that have made to help clarify the reasoning for <br /> the plan. Added diversity to the plantings by increasing plant variety,as suggested. <br /> 1. Correctly accounted for existing trees to be relocated and those to remain at their " <br /> existing location. <br /> 2. Added more trees to a total of 53, and 10 more added in the future. <br /> a. I have added several throughout the site. However, in doing so it is our <br /> professional opinion we have maxed out the tree count on the site as decreasing <br /> the spacing would negatively impact the trees later in their lives.This also takes <br /> into consideration future use of the property. <br /> b. To off-set the fewer trees I have added more shrubs, perennials and ornamental <br /> grasses. <br /> i. These were increased at the west side of the building <br /> ii. Several added to south side of building <br /> iii.
