SECTION 4. The following language is hereby deleted and added to the preamble paragraph of <br /> Section 78-566 of the Orono City Code: <br /> Sec. 78-566. - Accessory Uses. <br /> Within any RS seasonal recreational district, no accessory structure or use of land shall <br /> be pernutted unless a permitted or conditional use is first established on such land, except <br /> as allowed in Section�8-5�4{� 78-564 3 . Once a permitted or conditional use exists on <br /> any lot or parcel, no accessory structure or use of land shall be permitted except for one <br /> or more of the following uses: <br /> (The list of uses following the preamble paragraph remains unchanged) <br /> SECTION 5. Effective date.
