Site Preparation: <br /> 1. Define the project area boundaries and stop mowing within. <br /> 2. In October 2003 apply Roundup Weathermax� herbicide or equivalent as per <br /> manufacturer's directions. Allow a minimum of 10 days before disturbing the vegetation <br /> with other procedures. <br /> 3. In May 2004, re-spray with Roundup Weathermax�herbicide or equivalent if re-growth <br /> of vegetation occurs and when it reaches approximately 10" to 12" in height. <br /> 4. Disk or till the soil to a depth of 4". <br /> 5. Harrow or rake the soil to create a firm, smooth seedbed. <br /> B. Seed and Seeding: <br /> l. Seeding dates shall be in the spring or summer before June 30. <br /> 2. All grass seed shall be applied with a Tru�� seed drill. <br /> 3. All wildflower seed shall be applied by broadcasting. <br /> 4.
