A <br /> partial grading plan was provided and the architect's site plan is dated 6-28-11. We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The site plan and grading adjacent to the proposed addition is acceptable from an <br /> engineering standpoint. <br /> • The plan contains a note stating that "Existing (functioning) pump house and walls to be <br /> repaired." The consider requesting additional information regarding this note or confirm <br /> that it may be an "old" note from a previous project. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
