Fullerton III and Robert A. Stein, <br /> Trustees of the Elizabeth L. Fullerton Revocable Trust U/A dated 1/4/85, as amended, with <br /> Elizabeth L. Fullerton, as donor, their successors and assigns, dated September ]997, and recorded <br /> with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on December 11, 1997 as Document No. 2868637 <br /> ("Developer's Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has accepted all of the improvements related to Lot 4, Block 1, <br /> Fullerton Estates under the Developer's Agreement and there is no longer a need to have the <br /> Developer's Agreement recorded against Lot 4, B[ock l, Fullerton Estates. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Orono City Council: <br /> Lot 4, Block 1, Fullerton Estates is released and discharged from the Developer's <br /> Agreement for Fullerton Estates dated September 1997, and recorded December 11, 1997 as <br /> Document No. 2868637 with the office of the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles. <br /> d <br /> ADOPTED this o��-n'' day of_/�/e��e,r b� , 2010, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono, Minnesota. <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> B Y• 0�-y ��(.�/hv�_ <br /> J es M.
