MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 23, 1996 <br />( 917 - Food -Grade Hydraulic Fluid - Continued) is <br />Jabbour encouraged Staff to consider other areas where costs can be saved initially that it <br />be done. He also asked for an update on the clean -up of the old City Hall property. <br />Moorse said one more round of tests have been required by the PCA. When that is done, <br />the request to close the monitoring wells will be made again. The cost has been $45,000 <br />for the clean up but $30,000 has already been reimbursed. The time period for <br />completion was unknown but thought to be several months. Planning Commissioner <br />Stoddard said the PCA has been recommending more closures. <br />( #18) There is no agenda item for this number. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />City Attorney Radio had no report, but the meeting was adjourned to an Executive <br />Session to discuss pending litigation. <br />( * #19) LICENSES <br />There were no license applications. <br />( * #20) BELLS <br />Hurr moved, Goetten seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account.
