The following is a summary of the issues that still exist with the construction, and the requirements per the Wetland Protection Ordinance to be in compliance (per approved plan): 1. Buffer Vegetation and Drainage Improvements ❖ It appears that the buffer may not be to the extent shown on the approved plan and other improvements that were part of the approved plan have not been completed or finalized. The applicant should provide the City a CADD drawing (In County Coordinates) of proposed buffer and plantings so a Global Position System can be used to verify the extent of the buffer and locate other water quality improvements (see photos at end of inemo). : A portion of a wetland swale that follows from north to south has been graded. This was supposed to be left intact and is a potential wetland violation. The area of the historic wetland will need to be re-established. At a minimal we will need the wetland area seeded with a wetland seed mix and have blanket installed to protect the area from erosion during plant establishment (see photos at end of inemo).
