Certificate of Survey. Please one full-size copy of the survey dated 3-16-2016 for the permit file. <br /> 2. Site Plan & Construction Plan. The site plan submitted is stamped Not for Construction. Please submit two <br /> copies of an updated site plan. Atso, construction plans appear to be updated to reflect the approved <br /> resolution, however the plan is stamped Nor for Consrruction and does not reflect a recent revision date. <br /> lease provide two copies of updated construction plans. Please note our building official has not reviewed <br /> he submitted plans so additional comments may be forthcoming. <br /> 3. �Landscape Plan. Will there be any changes to the landscaping with the proposed additions and accessory <br /> � ;structure? If so,the City requires a landscape plan be submitted showing all the proposed exterior/landscaping <br /> ���`� �j improvements, i.e. patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. The plan should include the name of the <br /> � �� - + mdividual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, retainin walls shown <br /> 8 on the <br /> ! landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> � � <br /> 4.� Escrow&Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> , of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> i for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> � conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> ' amount for this project is $2,500. No additional escrow money is required at this time. An updated <br /> agreement is enclosed.
