Just a couple of things: <br /> • Landscape Plan. The survey submitted shows proposed patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining walls,etc. If any <br /> changes are made to the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements a new survey must be submitted and <br /> approved before any changes or additions are made. For our records, please provide us with the name of the <br /> company who is performing the exterior/landscaping improvements. <br /> Also, regarding the in-ground pool-there was no swimming pool permit submitted with the building permit plans. The in- <br /> ground pool is being red-line on the survey.
