The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain � <br /> until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and �� <br /> repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> Separate utility permits will be required for sewer and water disconnection &sewer and water � <br /> connection. I�/� <br /> Special care must be exercised to ensure additional runoff is not directed to the neighboring <br /> property to the south.
