The disturbance will result from the <br /> excavation of a full depth basement, crawlspace, and garage footings. Garages <br /> will be unexcavated and disturbed material will be used on site as backfill and to <br /> create drainage grades as shown on the survey. (Full size scale survey with <br /> existing and proposed elevations and contours attached to building permit) Any <br /> remaining excess fill will be trucked off site. <br /> Drainage patterns are noted on the attached site survey enhancement with red <br /> a rrows. <br /> The limits of grading or disruption will be within the silt fenced areas shown on <br /> the survey and highlighted in yellow. Any dirt that is stock piled for a short <br /> amount of time prior to backfill of the foundation will remain within the silt <br /> fenced areas. <br /> An existing asphalt driveway will remain and serve as protection for <br /> vehicular/truck travel in and out of the site. <br /> The property is served by existing public sewer and water. <br /> The only wetland or lake is south of the site through another parcel of land and <br /> across Fagerness Point Rd.
