Can you please verify that this is correct? Would a solid patio with a rain garden eliminate the solid <br /> patio from our hardcover calculations? <br /> Also, during his meeting with you, he mentioned to me this evening that he discussed our garage service door <br /> stairs. We need a set of exterior steps to get down to grade. Can we pour a small footing for the steps as long <br /> as the footing location(s) do not extend beyond the poured concrete window well?
