The plan depicts a retaining wall but does not call out the Top of Wall and Bottom of Wall elevations per the <br /> City Survey Requirements. Based on the nearby contours it appears the wall will be less than 4 ft. If the wall <br /> exceeds 4ft an engineered design is required. <br /> 2. The driveway requires paving from roadway for 30 ft. in order to reduce driveway drive way runoff depositing <br /> soil and debris upon the roadway. Orono municipal code Sec 18-136 (�. <br /> 3. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any <br /> work, including demolition. Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> 4. A separate utility permits wil[be required for the water and sewer disconnections and connections. <br /> 5.
