U.S. Bank has executed a deed to the Levangs for the easterly half <br /> of Outlot A, a parcel used for access to the Levang and U.S. Bank properties. In return, the <br /> Levangs have executed an easement granting U.S. Bank the right to use ali of Outlot A for <br /> access puxposes. U.S. Bank's conveyance of the easterly portion of Outlot A results in a <br /> subdivision of ta�c parcels numbered OS-ll7-23-23-0033 and 45-117-23-22-0007. The property <br /> conveyed to the Levangs should be added to their tax parcel numbered 06-1�7-23-11-0006. <br /> I have enclosed copies of the executed deed and easement, along with diagram.s depicting these <br /> parcels. Based on our previous discussions and yow� prior review of these documents, it is my <br /> understanding that a fo��n�al subdivision process is not necessary, but that pursuant to this request <br /> the City will make a foimal combination request with Hennepin County. The easement and deed <br /> have not yet been submitted for recording. Please let me when #he necessary approval is <br /> complete so that I can recox•d these documents.
