EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This Easement Agreement ("AgreemenY') is made effective this 12�`' day of <br /> •1�►'�f , 2015, by and between Curtis Levang and Elizabeth Levang, husband and <br /> wife (hereinafter the "Levangs"), and U.S. Bank National Association ("U.S. Bank") <br /> (collectively the "Parties"}. <br /> WHEREAS, the Levangs are the owners of property located in Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota, commonly known as 4010 Bayside Road, Maple Plain, MN 55359, and legally <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 3,Block 1,Popov Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota; and <br /> Outlots A and B,Popov Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota. <br /> Torrens and abstract property. <br /> (hereinafter the"Levang Property"). <br /> WI�REAS, U.S. Bank is the owner of that certain parcel of real property located in <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota, commonly known as 3960 Bayside Road, Maple Plain, MN, and <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot 55, Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except <br /> the North 1373 feet of the West 75 feet thereof; and <br /> The East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1!4 of the Northwest 1/4; that part of <br /> the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying <br /> North of the center line of County Road No. 84; and that part of the Southwest 1/4 <br /> of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 lying North of the <br /> center line of County Road No. 84; all in Section 5, Township 117, Range 23, <br /> according to the Government Survey thereof. <br /> Torrens and abstract property. <br /> (hereinafter the"U.S. Bank Property")_ <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties wish to establish an easement for access purposes over the <br /> following portion of the Levang Property for the benefit of the U.S. Bank Property, U.S. Bank, <br /> and its successors and assigns, legally described as: <br /> Outlot A,Popov Addition,Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> Torrens and abstract property. <br /> (hereinafter the"Easement Area"). <br /> 1 <br />
