A new system witi need to be instalied. <br /> This on-Site Sewage Treatment System is Designed for a Type i, four bedroom home& <br /> 1 guest room, totaling 5 be�raoms. Designed in accordance with the Minnesota <br /> Pollutian Conirol Agency Chapter 7080 and local ordinances. <br /> The soiis on this site are SCS soils m�pped - LrB Lester iaam. The seasflnally <br /> saturated soils were focated at 98" to 22". Due to the seasonally saturated soils, a <br /> Pressurized Mound System wiil need 4o be instalfed to treat septic effluent. Ti�e bottom <br /> af the treatment area must be iocated at Ieast 3' abave the saturated sails. <br /> The soils at a depth of 12" have a percolation rate averaging fi.5 mpi iR the proposed <br /> treatment area. <br /> A pumping chamber wifl need ta be insta{led to lift the efflusnt to fhe treatment area. <br /> The power supply and switches must be iocated outside the manhoie and pumping <br /> chamber in a weather proof enclosure. A waming device must be installed wit� a light <br /> and sound device, this is in case of a pump failure. <br /> The existing tanks may E�e used if water tight and approved by the city inspector.
