Property Owne1- has requested that the City install sanitary sewer to serve the subject <br /> property. <br /> NOW, THERTFORI:, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br /> THE PARTIFS AG1ZEl�; AS FOI,LOWS: <br /> 1.
