Authorities granted Uy this resolution nin with the property not ��ith the <br /> applicants, but are pennissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a <br /> plumbing permit for satne within one year of the date of Council approval, or <br /> this approval will expire on that date (May 8, 2007}. <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the ternzs and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be p�mishable as a <br /> misdemeanor. <br /> 5.
