, � <br /> � O ' V <br /> O O <br /> `'���a-�: CITY of ORONO = <br /> � ��r-� � <br /> � ti <br /> �� ` ' �,. � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ,. <br /> ��kE�Yd-`g� NO. 4 � � � <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF STUBBS FARM • <br /> FILE NO. 02-2845 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a 2 <br /> lot residential development by Jeff Martineau on behalf of Cherry Stubbs (hereinafter "the <br /> subdivider") for property legally described as: <br /> Lot 24, Auditor's Subdivision No. 230, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivision has been found to meet all the standards of the RR-1 B <br /> zoning district and meets all standards for a front lot/back lot subdivision of land,finding each lot is <br /> of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single family residence; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Completion of requirements of Resolution No. 4853, the resolution granting <br /> preliminary approval of the 21ot subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement over those portions <br /> of wetlands as depicted on the plat. <br /> 4. Establishment of a private driveway outlot shown on the plat as Outlot A. <br /> 5. Each lot has demonstrated one primary and one alternate drainfield site. _ <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
