Before the building official reviews building plans planning staff reviews building <br /> permit applications for zoning code compliance. The zoning review is complete. <br /> 2. The building permit escrow agreement has been sent to the property owners. <br /> They may return it and the escrow directly to the City or you may bring the items <br /> when you pick up the permit. The escrow must come from the property <br /> owners. <br /> 3. An erosion control permit is required from the MCWD. We have not received <br /> notification of permit approval.
