The subject property consists af 63,598 <br /> s.f. or 1.46 acres in area ( .06 acres of drainageway) . <br /> 3 . The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application oTi <br /> July 15, 1991 and recommended approval of the renewal <br /> variance based upon the following findings: <br /> A. There is no additional dry buildable land adjacent to <br /> the property to increase building envelope. • <br /> B. Adequate and suitabZe area for on-site septic <br /> development has been found in the upper elevations af <br /> the property. <br /> C.
