The road mentioned in the Report <br /> of the Examiner, dated June 3 , 1991, in Item No . 4 (b) , appears <br /> to refer to the original placement of the "Road" as contained in <br /> the plat of Auditor ' s Subdivision No . 229 , filed with the <br /> Hennepin County Register of Deeds on May 2 , 1929 as Document Na . <br /> 1538287 and with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles on May <br /> 6 , 1929 as Document No . 85144 .
