A <br /> sport court is classified as an accessory structure and would need to meet setback requirements. <br /> You would need to apply for an easement vacation and provide a topographical map and <br /> grading plan. You would also need to contact the Lake Minnetonka Watershed District and <br /> possibly the Corps of Engineers. <br /> You would also need to protect your septic sites, wherever they are located on your property. <br /> The City part of this process would be processing the easement vacation through the Planning <br /> Commission and City Council.
