Erosion control to be maintained on property before any land alterations � <br /> � commence and to be maintained until ground cover is restored. '� <br /> 2. Upon application for a building permit, applicant shall provide a landscape �' <br /> schedule for plantings that will provide a buffer for block walls to minimize , <br /> impact .upon the lakeshore view.
