The survey dated 10-10-2016 shows a gravel area in front of the proposed addition within the 75' <br /> setback area, a partial copy of the survey is attached. Please clarify if the gravel area existing or proposed? <br /> • Hardcover calculations. The hardcover calculations appear to be updated however: <br /> o the date is shown at 28-Ju1-15. <br /> o An exclusion of 100 sf was shown on the hardcover calculation without an explanation as to where the <br /> credit is from. <br /> o The retaining walls and decorative walls can be excluded from the hardcover calculations, attached is <br /> copy of the modified hardcover calculation worksheet. I realize the proposed hardcover is not close to <br /> the allowed 25% however accurate information is important. <br /> o The gravel area is within the 75' setback, if existing should be included in the hardcover calculation <br /> worksheet. If the gravel area is proposed, hardcover is not allowed within 75' of the Ordinary High <br /> Water Level (OHWL) without a variance.
