Grading plan must ensure that hardcover/surface runoff is not directed to the north west neighboring <br /> property. <br /> 2. A separate utility permits will be required for the sewer connection. <br /> 3. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to <br /> any work, including demolition.
