The wetland also exists along the east side of the property, however no drainage from the proposed <br /> improvement will reach this portion of the wetland and as a result buffers are only required for the wetland that <br /> intersects the property in the northwest and northeast corner. The wetland is classified as a Manage � and <br /> requires a 25 foot buffer. The drainage easement as shown on the map adequately encompasses the wetland in <br /> this portion of the property. <br /> Survey Requirements <br /> The location of the buffer will need to be shown on the certificate of survey. <br /> Buffer Yegetation Requirements <br /> The existing vegetation meets the requirements of the wetland code and no further seeding or planting will be <br /> necessary. A private road is located in the buffer for the northeast portion of the wetland. The private road <br /> cannot be part of the buffer width so the buffer will need to extend west of the road. <br /> Recommendations <br /> This project will meet the requirements of the wetland code once the certificate of survey is updated to reflect the <br /> buffer requirements as discussed in this memo. <br />
