The analysis is attached, and indicates a number of issues <br /> that potentially make the driveway relocation difficult, and would have to be resolved in order for a driveway relocation <br /> to occur. There are significant issues with moving the driveway serving 2550 and 2580 to the eastern portion of the <br /> 2530 parcel, related to topography, existing wetlands, and neighbor impacts. The best situation would be for 2550 and <br /> 2580 to create a shared driveway access onto the private road to the west known as Fox Run. However, to do so would <br /> require cooperation of the owners of 2550, 2580, and the four owners of property served by that private road.
