Permittee shall perform all said <br /> � maintenance immediately after it has been notified of said deficiency. Permittee shall be responsible <br /> for all costs and expenses related to said maintenance. Permittee's failure to perform said <br /> ' maintenance immediately will result in Hennepin Count, through its own forces or its contractors, <br /> � performing said maintenance and billing Permittee for all costs and expenses related thereto. � <br /> � Permittee shall make payment to Hennepin County within fifteen (15) days of receipt of said bill. , <br /> I ! <br /> � Permittee agrees, that if it fails to make payment of said amounts within the specified time, to � <br /> IHennepin County, Permittee shall pay all costs related to debt collections, including, but not limited <br /> i to, court costs, fees, interest and attorneys'fees. <br /> 11. Permanent restoration plans must be submitted to the Permits Office prior to starting construction <br /> for temporary restoration/winter stabilization for work occurring between November 1 st and April <br /> 30th. <br /> � <br /> I 4. RESTORATION <br /> � 1. Damage to Roadway- If pavement, roadway or right-of way is damaged; same shall be restored, in <br /> i a timely manner to its original or a better condition, at the sole expense of the Permittee. Permittee's <br /> failure to correct such damage in a timely manner will result in Hennepin County, through its own <br /> �'I forces or contractors, making said repairs and billing Permittee for all costs and expenses related <br /> ithereto. Liner or Casing Pipe-Shall be required for instailations exceeding 4 inches in diameter. <br /> i 4. All crossings under a Hennepin County Road shall be a minimum of 60"deep unless prior <br /> ipermission to cross at a shallower depth is received from Hennepin County. <br /> 5. Pressure Grouting-Shall be required as designated by Hennepin County Transportation <br /> I Department. � <br /> ; 6. Manholes-All manhole covers, valve covers, etc. shall be placed one half inch lower than finished <br /> igrade. <br /> �� 7.
