The site is contained within one parcel with <br /> the following Property Identification Number (PID) 04- <br /> 117-23-41-0005. I have reviewed the wetiand delineation <br /> report, which was verified in the field on October 10, <br /> 2006. With moving of flags 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6 on Basin 1 <br /> three feet upslope, the wetland boundaries as staked in <br /> the field and submitted in the survey of the existing <br /> conditions from October 9, 2006, acceptable. <br /> A project may require a Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District (MCWD) approved permit. Any project disturbing <br /> at least 5,000 square feet or excavation of at least 50 <br /> cubic feet of soil would require an MCWD Rule B, <br /> Erosion Control permit.
