FEE <br /> Cross Section Fee=$750 <br /> B. SCHEDULE <br /> • Dra�vings and calculations will be provided after complete receipt of signed agreement and <br /> Client furnished project information. <br /> C. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> • CSG shall provide construction shop drawinas of the retainin�wall desibn for Client's submission to the <br /> engineer/architect of record. Three(3)sets of 11"x 17"size drawings are typically provided unless <br /> special arrangements are made. <br /> • CSG shall provide design calculations for the retaining wall design based upon the site infonnation <br /> furnished by the Client using standard design procedures and consistent with the standard skill and care <br /> of an engineer practicing in this profession. <br /> D. CLIENT RESPONSIBIILITY <br /> • Client shall provide CSG with full information regardina the project's desi�n requirements including but <br /> not limited to project plans and specifications, site topography data, special structural or loading <br /> requirements, geotechnical report and soil boring data, hydrological and flood plain data,and any special <br /> owner/governing agency requirements. <br /> E. CHANGES <br /> • Client assumes full responsibility and shall hold CSG harmless against any claims arising from <br /> any clianges made to the plans or specifications by the Client or person other than CSG unless <br /> Client has given CSG prior notice and has received written consent for such changes. <br /> • Changes requested after dra�ving and design preparation has been substantially completed may <br /> require additional compensation at the sole detennination of CSG.
