He was ok with that as a first step, what we will do to follow is put up 3 buffer signs,then we will <br /> have a bag of seed mix kept at the house for reseeding in the spring and fall, and the homeowner will <br /> have their lawn service pick the weeds in the buffer area so the seed will flourish. I am attaching the as- <br /> built survey, a blow up of the area, and some pictures.
